Trent aging conference 2019, peterborough ont.

My husband, Albert Banerjee, and I have teamed up to do research on meditation and the greater world of yogic practice. We had the opportunity to present on a paper we are currently developing on what yog has to offer aging studies and hopefully, policy.

We continue on to another conference on transforming care that is being held in Copenhagen June 23 - 27.

spring solstice and intl yoga day celebration

Nestled amongst the fjords of Norway is a very special yoga studio, OmYoga. It is the creation of Eva Julia Krohn, a wonderful teacher, singer and best of all: friend!

It is here, in Molde, that we are offering an evening of song and stillness: ancient chants with a modern touch; jazzing it up a bit!

The music will be followed by a vegetarian meal and laughter.
